Does WMI hire 1099 staff, W2 employees, or both?
For WMI staff positions and for positions at client sites involving the delivery of core WMI services, products and solutions, we operate primarily via hourly W2 arrangements. For highly specialized and short term roles outside of our core competencies, we may on occasion utilize 1099 sub-contracts.

Can my company partner with WMI as a teaming partner or as a sub- or prime-contractor?
We can and do operate via many different collaborative arrangements. Call our CEO at any time to discuss your ideas.

What benefits do WMI offer?
Our primary staff benefits come in the form of top rates of compensation that we are able to offer because of our low overheads. We extend to our staff a very high percentage of the fees we bill our clients. As a result, the vast majority of our staff prefer to obtain their own medical and other benefits.

Can WMI staff benefit from the Referral Program?
Yes, we extend the same 17.5% referral program to our staff that we make available to others.
